Friday Favourites

Each week we want to pass on some of the little things that have inspired us on social media, things we've read or listened to, things we've learnt and moments that impacted us and the things we are most grateful for during that week. These are our Friday Favourites:

1. What I am watching ...

Recently I've been really interested why some people have a self belief that enables them to achieve their goals and ambitions vs someone who struggles with self doubt. Psychologist Albert Bandura has defined this using his self-efficacy theory, which he describes as one's belief in one's ability to succeed in specific situations or accomplish a task. This video explains 4 factors the contribute to a high self efficacy.

2. What I am reading ...

I'm really enjoying this book from Jerry Lynch, which looks at how champions achieve greatness and shares these lessons in a real pragmatic and easy to apply way. It focuses on self esteem, strategic positioning, competitive advantage and leadership, a good read if you are trying to achieve greatness in sport, work or in life.

3. What I enjoyed on social ...

4. What I am reflecting on ...
